Kimchi is Korean traditional dish that is easily eaten by Koreans and now a days spread out all over the world as well. Despite the fact that there are numerous kinds of Kimchi, the main ingredients are mostly the same.
First, I would like to introduce some of the main ingredients that are used in most Kimchis.

Now I would like to introduce how to make the most basic kimchi.
First prepare baechu, separate the leaves and chop them up into pieces.
Then, add a quarter cup of salt and mix it with water.
Add the salt water to the cabbage and distribute the salt water by using bare hands.
Then, wait about 4 hours and prepare a crushed red pepper flakes.
When red pepper flake is ready mix it with water, a tablespoon of ginger and four onions chopped.
Lastly, put it in a bottle and leave them out at room temperature for 24 hours before putting into the refrigerator.
